CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, yes, of course.

However, if you order includes any customization with personalized embroidery, I can’t cancel your order if requested after I have already customized your item. An example of personalized embroidery would be adding baby’s name or initials to an item.

WHAT IF I ENTERED THE INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS FOR DELIVERY?

If you happen to enter the wrong address at checkout, please EMAIL me as soon as possible.

If the order is shipped with the incorrect address and is returned to me, you will be responsible for payment to reship your order. 

*Please note if your order weighs over 16oz / 1lb. USPS charges double the original shipping fee. {USPS charges me for the 'return to sender' shipment, and then payment must be made to ship again.} This would need to be paid to me before I can reship your item to you. This price ranges from around $20 - $30 depending on your zip code and the item weight. Again this section is only for packages that weigh over 16oz which may include gift boxes, blankets, and multiple items purchased.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

I do accept returns and exchanges for 30 days after you receive the item if item remains in brand new condition. See next question if you ordered a personalized item with custom embroidery.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM THAT INCLUDES CUSTOM EMBROIDERY?

Due to the custom nature of my personalized items, I can not accept returns. However, if you feel the item is damaged or defective, please contact me to discuss your order further. I strive for customer satisfaction, so please don't hesitate to contact me about any issues.

The customer is responsible for double checking the spelling and format of the information given on personalized orders. If a name is misspelled in the notes to seller at the time the order is placed, and your item is personalized with the incorrect spelling, you will not be refunded. If font style and thread color are not specified, I will choose what looks best.

CAN MY ORDER BE GIFT WRAPPED?
